Return and refund policy

Our process for requesting a Refund or an exchange of products:

In order to initiate a refund for a product or to exchange an existing product, please provide a video showing the unpacking process of your product immediately after receiving it. Share that video at www.rabaliving.com and our customer support team will review the video and aim to process your request within 48 hours.

Order Cancellation / Return of Products:

Order Cancellation: An Order Cancellation can be requested within 12 hours of placing an order on a weekday. Weekend orders cannot be cancelled.  If you wish to cancel an order after 12 hours, please check with the team about the status of the order. The order can be requested to be cancelled only if the products are not shipped from the warehouse (after placing the order). We will issue store refund for orders that are successfully cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Items: Many of our items are fragile. We take great care to ensure that products are packed well, but at the instance of any damage due to shipping, we will work with you to either correct the product or replace it. If your product arrives damaged or chipped, please contact us as soon as possible, providing the unpacking video. We will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund based on your preference. Please do note that a delayed request ( 12 hours after receiving product) or a request without the unboxing video will not be serviced.

Non-Refundable Items:

Please be aware that custom orders and items purchased during sales are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in cases of damage (with supporting video).

Return Conditions:

Returns or refunds are only possible in cases where the product is damaged or chipped. All other products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

For prepaid orders: Refund amount will be transferred to the original payment method

If you choose Gpay then send us the Gpay number along with your request.
